Alfred Ijimakinwa, FCAI, is business and investment coach with over a decade and half experience. He is also a prominent entrepreneur and the Founder of BusinessIQ Africa, a renowned brand dedicated to supporting African entrepreneurs and Africans in the diaspora. With his vast knowledge and expertise, he has played a pivotal role in helping over a thousand entrepreneurs establish successful and profitable businesses across Africa. He is currently the Managing Director, Blue Earth properties.
Alfred holds a Bachelor of Entrepreneurship and Business Management degree with several certifications and fellowships both locally and internationally, which has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of business, management, branding, marketing, and related support services. His educational background has laid a strong foundation for his career in assisting businesses in various aspects, from strategic planning to marketing and brand positioning.
Alfred Ijimakinwa’s dedication to supporting African entrepreneurs has made a significant impact on the business landscape. His extensive experience and insights have enabled him to identify and address the specific needs and challenges faced by African entrepreneurs, ranging from access to capital to market positioning. Brand Positioning and Marketing Expertise with a deep understanding of branding and marketing strategies, Alfred has assisted numerous businesses across Africa in effectively positioning their brands to capture the right audience. He possesses a keen eye for identifying unique selling points and leveraging them to drive growth and profitability. He was a regular contributor to “This is Money” Column in Business Day national newspaper and sits on the board of several organizations.

Michael Igagha Williams, is a graduate of Marketing Communications (Hons) from Ashworth College, Atlanta GA, United States of America. He studied Art Direction/Creative Design (Masterclass) from the University of the Arts, London, United Kingdom. He is an Alumnus of Lagos Business School’s Marketing Communications Programme Pan African University, and holds a Career Diploma from the Advertising Regulatory Council Of Nigeria (ARCON). He has over twenty years’ experience in the Marketing and Brand communication industry.
A consummate marketing communication expert with specialisation in creative solutions, Michael is also dexterous in digital marketing, audio-visual and print productions. He has developed, managed and executed effective concepts and strategies which has led to transformation of business investments amongst Nigeria’s leading brands and multinationals across various sectors and has won numerous awards.
Michael started his career at Commstrat Advertising in August 2003 where he rose through the ranks to become the Chief Operating Officer of the firm, leading various award winning campaigns. He was also the coordinator of Evagrin konsepts Limited in charge of running the creative firm’s activities at home and in the London Office.
Having successfully served Commstrat Advertising and Evagrin Konsepts Limited for over 15 years; Michael launched Gogaga Group, a one stop creative and marketing communications powerhouse with #BrandNewThinking in July 2018. He is also the founder of Gogaga TV, a robust digital and Social Media TV platform with a network of various social media influencers and celebrities capable of making any campaign go viral in an instant. His passion for grooming talents has led him to facilitate various training programmes to shape the new generation.

Sam is a passionate sales solution expert with strong background in business development management and facility management per excellence. Sam has successfully helped over 25 SMEs grow sales and revenue, exceeding sales target by 200%.
Sam has organized several trainings and seminars, mostly for entrepreneurs. He has not only shown them how to develop a winning sales mind set for revenue growth, he has also instilled the attitude that will help them achieve sustainable business success.
Apart from having his educational background in Electrical Engineering, he has attended several sales certificate based trainings from great sales team locally and internationally. If Sam gets on your sales team, the business sales take a new turn. This, he has proven on several occasions.
He is the Founding President of Young Professionals Development Foundation Lagos, and Host of Idea and Productivity Breakfast. Also he has founded other organizations such as Nigerian Youth Empowerment Network (NIYEN), an N.G.O aimed at correcting societal anomalies that do not support community development. He is currently the Executive Director with Charlesmaris International Company (CIC).

Element Creative Media Agency. His life story is a testament to the incredible transformation that can
occur with determination and hard work.
Olayemi Olamiju’s entrepreneurial journey kickstarted about a decade ago in Lagos State University
where he studied Psychology. In 2018 he studied Account planning and strategy in 02 Academy
Lagos. Furthering his education, he graduated from Business School Netherlands, 2023. He has been
studying business models of advertising communication in Africa in which he believes we are at the
cusp of a revolution. This believe has made him hardworking, effective, committed and purpose
driven.
Olayemi Olamiju goes above and beyond to deliver on projects and campaigns. He is very
knowledgeable in consumer psychology and his ability to continuously improve and innovate sets him
apart. He is always reading, studying and discovering ways to improve company brand strategies.
One of Olayemi Olamiju proudest achievements is mentoring young people, equipping and teaching
them how to be innovative develop out-of-the-box creative strategies. His influence extends beyond
business. He has held various leadership roles and has over 7 years of experience as an Experienced
Media and Brand Manager.
In recognition of his exceptional achievements, Olayemi Olamiju received his certification and
licences from The Advertising Practitioners Council (APCON) of Nigeria in 2020, The Nigerian
Institute of Management (NIM) and The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). These accolades
reflect his unwavering character and unrelenting determination to make a difference in the world of
